I recently saw the new altima will be offered with 240hp engine, and I was thinking what does this mean for the maxima? Is Nissan going to start cutting production on the maxima and start pushing the Altima as it flagship car or what. Or is the maxima about to under go a new change of some kind and get a bigger engine. Basicly the Accord is getting a 240hp engine, the camery is getting something bigger, and the Altima is getting 240hp. Where does this leave the maxima? With Nissan basicly resigning most of it's line in 2002(altima, xterra, sentra, etc) is the maxima on it's way out... and to make this Z related, I'll have a Z with in a month no matter the cost.
